Sometimes can't access registeration on our site,please try to use IE(Internet Explorer)to browser the site,it will be ok.
2.What's the MOQ base on wholesale and Discounts?
As the largest Jewelry assorted wholesaler in China,We have no limit MOQ of each item but the total amount, we provide a small mixed wholesale to meet your various need of products, we have confidence on our abundant goods resource and good quality.in order to provide less quantity order,we set our minimum total amount for the wholesale is $100,when order amount up to $200, the discount is 2%,when order up to $500, the discount is 5%,and when you purchase to accumulate your orders amount to $3000,you'll be our VIP member and a discount of 5% for you forever in the next future orders no matter big or small.when big order and customized order happens,there will be more preferential prices.we provide goods with More Order,More Discounts.
3.Why I can not pay instantly?
As we're wholesaler direct from manufacturer,we always try best to minimize the extra cost for our customers,so we give some choice for shipping way and payment method,to assure our products most competitive prices base on great quality.

Only after we made the option the transport way that best suits you or you indicated, can we finalize the costs involved. Therefore, immediate payment and checkout at our website is not possible. We'll do some work on the freight,and send a confirm Email to you include order charge and freight cost before do payment.
4.How are transport costs calculated?
For Courier and post normally by weight,except for some big volume items(volume weight).
For sea shipments, the cost is calculated per Cubic Metre Volume.
For Air Cargoes and Couriers, cost is calculated base on:
a) By weight of package
b) By Volume Weight – whichever is higher.
5.What is volume weight ?
Courier companies and air cargo carriers calculate the volume of packages and divide it by a certain factor. This factor is different between each courier company and air cargo carrier.They do this to ensure that packages they are carrying do not occupy a disproportionate space to the weight, on their transport vehicles. If they do, then the couriers and air cargo carriers wish to be compensated accordingly.E.g – If one is to send a kilogram of sponge through air cargo, the one kilo of sponge may occupy space equivalent to 100s of kilos of metal.
6.How do I minimize the cost of transportation on my package?
We cannot help reduce the transportation costs for a package from our courier. However, you can reduce the cost of ,A demand of $200 MOQ is needed in our business to assure the shipping cost not to be big part percent in total amount.
7.Can I change or add or delete some items after placing an order online?
Yes, you can, but please notify us before you remit! Also please provide the No. of the jewelry before and after updating.And we have to recalculate the delivery charge because the jewelry weight may be different.
8.What's the specification of the jewelry?
Most of our products have a specification include size,material...etc.but some may be missed,please do not hesitate to ask us for more details if you need to know.
9.Do your company send free samples?
We are afraid not. Sorry we can't send free samples.we provide mixed and assorted wholesale service,if you want to do customized or big order,you're welcomed to contact with us directly for quotation,otherwise please place a trial order to test the quality of our products.
10.Do you accept customized making order?
Yes,of course,we have our own factory and accept various made-to-order service,you are welcomed to send our customer service an email to give the detail of your special requirements.
11.How soon the order will be sent after payment?
Usually the order will be dispatched within 2-5 working days(except Sunday and China Public Holidays)after full clear payment. We will make a contact and well communication with you involving products information,about our company,payment way,products exchange,delivery way...etc.it may be postponed when encountering festivals, vacation or other some reasons.
12.How soon will your site update new products?
Normally we update our products every week,you will find them in "Latest Products",you're welcomed to our site frequently and find new good fashions.meanwhile,some old ones will be fade-out anytime when sold out,Therefore,if you placed an order,please do payment soon,because some items may not be enought quantity available in stock.
13.Should I need to pay the customs duty?
Yes. It is usual to pay the tariff,any request on the question please do not hesitate to ask us.
