    Normally we will choose best suitable shipping way for you, and also will do as your special request.
    Shipping costs depend on your orders (total weight & size of freight).
    We have signed agreement with the couriers to get best prices,and lowest transporting cost for customers.
    Normally we will charge a estimated freight from you when the order placed,the exceed charge will be refunded to you or credited to your account balance that you can login and check in your account.

Package and security

    The orders will be well packed with certain containers and may also be contained in some plastic bubbles to make the item well protected,if the package is broken when you receive,please check the order,and contact with us asap.we will try to help you to deal with that!

After the order has been sent,there will be a tracking number showed on each order,that you can login and find the tracking number to make sure the order get to you safe and fast!

Customs

    Usually the customs will charge a proper tax charge from the order,we will try to minimize the cost,we will put proper invoice on the package as customers' request,we work with our couriers and always help customers to finish the customs procedures well.any problem you encounter in transportation and customs clearance please contact us.When we ship the order to you,there are no taxes from our country.But when the parcel enters  your country,the packages have to access your country's customs.We always filled in the form of package description e.g. total value, quantity and materials to clear the customs.However,if the package over a certain amount of value, you may have to pay the import taxes to the customs. Normally, most of the import taxes of accessories should be around 10-15% of the total value. The tax rates are different from each country.Please directly inquiry your country customs for details.
    If you have request on reducing the tax fee,please tell us,usually we will attach a "fake-invoice" in the packing box with lower prices (around 25%) and declare the package in this low value. So that you may have a chance to pay less taxes or skip to pay any.
    In some particular events, even the parcel has detail declaration, it also would be picked up by both sides' custom for checking. They may hold the parcel for around 2-3 working days.
